Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. To protect the integrity of our products and our business, we are unable to issue refunds after delivery.

In the rare case of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product (e.g., a corrupted or missing file), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@esztersugar.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours at hello@esztersugar.com and we will refund the duplicate charge.
