These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products (website templates, bonus files, and associated resources) sold by Eszter Sugar through esztersugar.com and affiliated sales platforms. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
All products sold are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive a PDF containing your Showit template share link and setup instructions. You must have an active Showit subscription to install and use the template.
When you purchase a template, you receive a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Use the template for one (1) personal or business website.
Customize the design, content, and branding for your own use.
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with any third party.
Use the template to create derivative products for resale.
Transfer the license to another individual or business.
All template designs, code, and associated files remain the intellectual property of Eszter Sugar. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Product prices are listed in USD. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your purchase price is confirmed at checkout.

Templates are provided as-is. Eszter Sugar does not guarantee specific business results from the use of any template. Customization, hosting, and Showit subscription costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
